This was the first game in the Assassin's Creed series to change the Hidden Blade's weapon mapping. The iconic weapon, the series' signature stealth and assassination tool, had traditionally been mapped to UP on the D-Pad by default. In Rogue, the Hidden Blade is preset to LEFT and cannot be changed by the player.
