The waitress Ursula Buffay (Lisa Kudrow) is the twin sister of Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow) from Friends (1994). In an episode of Friends (1994), Fran (Leila Kenzle) and Jamie (Helen Hunt) visit the coffee shop and mistake Phoebe for Ursula.

In one episode, Paul and Jamie see Ursula after a long absence. When they ask her where she has been, she says: "I've been hanging out with friends". Ursula is played by Lisa Kudrow, who appears in Friends (1994), and therefore is not in this series.
