   During the Gamescon 2015 demo of Quantum Break, it was revealed that the main character, Jack Joyce, had been recast with Shawn Ashmore. Until that point, all demos, trailers and promotional materials showed Sean Durrie playing the main character. The reason for this recasting is currently unknown and is somewhat surprising given that the game had been shown and exhibited with Durrie for two years. He even still appears in some of the fragmented images on the game's official cover art.
