Casey Wilson married her boyfriend of about three years, David Caspe, on 25 May 2014, after a five-month engagement. Wilson and Caspe first met in early 2010 when she auditioned for the ABC series Happy Endings, and they began dating a year later, in July 2011. They became engaged over Labor Day weekend in September 2013. Wilson starred in Caspe's NBC comedy series Marry Me, which he loosely based on their relationship.
